Achieving first milestone in my career

Achieving first milestone in my career.

Hii guys,

I am 26 , I am Project Manager at Nanite Solutions. I know it sounds weird to hear I am a Project manager at this young age.  I have worked in an Android team, and developed many apps. After 8 months of experience in a company I quit the job and joined a startup called Nanite solutions.I must admit this was the best decision I have made in my life.
I am a person  who tries to build good communication and does more sharing with my team. With my new and young team at Nanite, I started to share my knowledge on Java and android. As we shared and jelled well, my team found it very easy to connect to me, and get more knowledge from me  In fact it was a mutual knowledge sharing process. Night outs at office to complete the tasks added to the bonding that we shared.
At first, we were a team of 10  employees at Nanite Solutions. I however enjoyed teaching my team in critical issues, coding, understanding the requirements and carrying about the tasks  based on the priority. In all my efforts, my challenges and my success, I really want to thank my mentor Mr Praveen Kumar(co-founder and President of Nanite Solutions) and Mr Santosh Pericharan(co-founder and CEO of Nanite Solutions).
As I took on the challenges in my stride, of-course with the support of my colleagues, my seniors felt that I deserved a better position. Then came the offer of Project Manager!! And yes I was damn excited  about the new offer as it was completely unexpected. But I was a  little hesitant and nervous too..  After some serious talks with my seniors, I was convinced about accepting the new offer! This moment was a dream come true in the real sense.
With the new position, came more challenges and responsibilities. It needed precise planning, understanding the strengths and weakness of my team, and planning my tasks accordingly. For the first few  days, I felt that it was taking a toll on me. As I started to spend more and more time with my team, and interactions with the clients, getting the tasks done on time became much easier. And yeah , at times I had to  assign tasks to my team members who were seniors and had more experience in the industry than me. This was going to be tough! It took me a while to get adjusted to all these challenges.
It was my mentor and my CEO who believed in me and got me going, during my worst days at work. They have immense faith and trust in me. After 2-3 months of struggle I was able to handle my new responsibilities in a better way and now I have  delivered 3 products. My clients are very happy with our products and have appreciated our work.. Kudos to our team!!
Years of experience of seniors in my team and the young minds of freshers added to my success and my achievements!! To become a Project Manager and excel in your work doesn’t always need years and years of experience, sometimes it just needs daring approach, smart work and perseverance !
Thanks to all my colleagues and my seniors who have joined their hands in making it happen!!!
